Hello there, My name is Jenny, and I'm a local nail artist in Gainesville, FL. I mainly perform Gel Builder, Gel Manicure , and Gel X Extension. Gel builder is a form of a soft or hard gel that is very durable and flexible, and it does not have any harsh chemical in the product. The brand I trust the most is THE GEL BOTTLE. Gel builder is an application that can be apply on your natural nails or adding an extension length you want. Adding extensions on or over your natural nails on gel builder is a similar process to acrylic or dip powder , but it's in a bottle liquid form , and it gets cure in the L.E.D light - (the best part about the product is fume free! You heard that right. There is no smell or harsh chemical in the product) . Once your nails are done curing, I will use the e-file to smooth out the surface of the nails. Then shape, buff , and apply the gel polish of your choice. All new clients are requires a non-refundable deposit fees of $20 toward your service. Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!!! Due to small business protection cancellation within 168 hours will be charged 5% of the total service 144 hours will be charged 10% of the total service 120 hours will be charged 15% of the total service 96 hours will be charged 20% of the total service 72 hours will be charged 25% of the total service 48 hours will be a charge 50% of the total service 24 hours cancellation before your appointment, or no-show will be charged 100% of the total service. Please communicate with me at least a week ahead if you know that your schedule needs to be changed. I am appointment based ONLY my income heavily depends on your appointments. Thank you for understanding. [If you show up to your appointment, but due any circumstances that the appointment can't be processed you are still going to be charged] Scenarios why you will still be charged: Scenario 1 If a client comes in with a fungus that was caused by other products. I have all the right to decline the service due to cross contamination to others. Scenario 2 If you booked for a builder service please understand that is all you are booked for. I could add some form of art if time is allowed. Please do not come in with acrylic nails and expect to be taken off on top of your appointment. I have all the right to charge if it's an inconvenience and I have the right to refuse the service. Please be mindful of my time and the people after your appointment. Scenario 3 If you choose a color that you don't like please let me know before curing. Once the color is cured I have all the right to charge you for any additional service fees.
